This electronic meeting was held from 5-12 July 2006. Key topics discussed were ENERGIA's mission and objectives to accurately reflect the network's work; core ideas to guide ENERGIA Phase 4 and possible linkages with funding opportunities; and the draft operational guidelines prepared by the International Secretariat.
ENERGIA Operational Guidelines

The final draft will be presented at the Regional NFPs Meetings to be held in Africa and Asia in the last quarter of the year, allowing the network to have its Operational Guidelines in place for 2007.
