Family Name
To get the best search results, it is best to fill only one name, or part of a name here. If the name consists of more than one word, fill the most unique word only.
Note that accents and foreign characters are often not recognised in the database. It is therefore better to avoid using these characters when searching the database. For example, when searching for Massé, you could search for part of the name, e.g. 'Mass', or for 'Masse' without the accent.

Country
The country in which persons or organisations are located.

Region
The geographical region in which persons or organisations are located.
A list of countries belonging to each geographical region is available here: Geographical Regions.

Name of Organisation
To get the best search results, it is best to fill only one word, or part of a word here. If the organisation name consists of more than one word, fill the most unique word only.

Main Area of Work
This drop-down menu indicates the main activity of an organisation or individual in the field of gender and energy.

Organisation Type
This drop-down menu gives you the possibility to search by type of organisation, e.g. academic, training, NGO.

And/Or
If you want to find results that match ALL your search criteria, use the AND option.
If you want to find results that match ANY of your search criteria, use the OR option.

Sort Result By
You can select how you would like your search results ordered, by 'Family Name', 'Country', or 'Organisational Name'.
