ENERGIA at CSD-14

In preparation for CSD-15, ENERGIA together with other institutional and individual participants, made a concerted effort to integrate gender considerations into the official UN discussions at CSD-14 in 2006.

ENERGIA's efforts at CSD-14 were well-organised, highly-visible, and effective in helping to raise the general level of awareness and operational relevance of gender in the energy sector and identified possible "viable entry points" to mainstream gender issues in energy policies and practice.
