Consultant Opportunity – Gender and Geothermal

The World Bank Group has issued a short assignment on Gender and Geothermal research. This work is being done in collaboration between ESMAP and the Government of Iceland.

The objective of this assignment is to define gender aspects of geothermal development and develop actionable guidelines for incorporation of gender equality and social inclusion into geothermal projects, and a roadmap of potential future country engagement. The World Bank is looking to hire 2-3 experts who would comprise a multi-disciplinary team with skills sets in the areas of gender/social issues, geothermal expertise and development experience.
